Privacy Policy
This policy describes how we handle the data of visitors to the website, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. Data and purposes
- Browsing: technical data and server logs, for the security and operation of the website (legitimate interest).
- Contact form: it collects your name and chosen service only to pre-fill the WhatsApp message you send yourself. This data is not stored on the website: it stays on your device until you open WhatsApp. The conversation then takes place on WhatsApp (Meta).
- Statistics: at present the website does not use any statistics or analytics tools. See the Cookie Policy.
We do not run newsletters or booking archives: the only contact channel is WhatsApp.
3. Recipients
Aruba (hosting) · Meta/WhatsApp (contact). The fonts are hosted on our own server (no third-party font service). Google Maps is contacted only if you open the "Open in Google Maps" link yourself.
4. Non-EU transfers
Some providers (e.g. Meta/WhatsApp, and Google Maps if you open the relevant link) may process data outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
5. Retention
The data entered in the form is not kept by the website. WhatsApp conversations stay on WhatsApp and are handled under the WhatsApp/Meta terms. Technical logs are kept for the period required by law.
6. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent via our WhatsApp channel (348 162 9262), the studio's only contact channel. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
7. Minors
The service is not intended for children under 16.

The current version of this policy is always published on this page, with its update date.
